Our location

Theoxenia is approximately 12 km from Chios town / port and 8 km from the airport. Is a perfect location, at the middle of the island to organize excursion to the north or to the south. Having been renovated from top to bottom along sympathetic design to the locality, clean architectural lines, the Theoxenia opened its welcome doors to offer quality services. The most important in this new era remains the staff itself honesty, care, integrity.

Our room was upgraded without any change, renovated room with all amenities, 2 minutes to the beach, hosts are very friendly and welcoming, and very delicious breakfast, definitely recommend it if you thinking to stay in Chios.

We were greeted by the friendly Ms.Triantafyllia Leodi upon arrival and we saw that our special requests prior to arrival were fully met. We had a one bedroom apartment with a well equipped kitchenette (large fridge), good airconditioning, quite and above all spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is close to the beach. Our hostess recommended several spots for us (i.e. tours, taverns). We had nice talks and she was especially patient with our attempts to speak Greek, which we've been studying for many years now....The staff was very friendly too. Sheets and blankets were changed each day. Certainly a wonderful place for those looking for simple but clean lodging and a friendly hospitality. The small supermarket is adjacent to the building and has simple but ample products for a short stay.

Very nice and modern designed rooms.Extremely clean.Have balcony with sea view.Quiet.Friendly and resoectful staff.Will prepared breakfast buffet with Turkish tea.Home-made camus and cookie are bonuses.I bet u 'll love this place very much.

We stayed 22-25.June.2019 and really enjoyed.Hotel next to the Agia Fotini beach.Hotel breakfast is decent and delicious(specially pies).everyday fresh pies and cakes.Spinach pie is my favourite :).There is a market next to the hotel and you can find everything.Hotel owner is very helpfull,kindly and friedly.She always smiling and make you laugh.Thank you for everything.we will stay again in Ilioxenia when we came to Chios...
